Our Silver Rum is distilled from panela (evaporated sugar cane juice) and is one of our first products produced. A light and smooth spirit, this will be suitable sipping straight or mixed in your favorite beverage.

WHITE DOG WHISKEY

Though our White Dog Whiskey comes to you straight off the still, it does manage to splash through an oak barrel so we can still call it whiskey. Easily enjoyed over ice or combined with mixers, our White Dog is sure to leave you howling for more.

GOLD RUM

Our Gold Rum will kick up the Rum flavor a notch, or two. With a more robust fermentation, time resting in a gently used oak barrel, and careful preparation will yield a smooth and flavorful rum, right for any occasion.

SINGLE MALT WHISKEY

Made from the highest quality ingredients, our Single Malt Whiskey is derived from 100% Malted Barley. After fermenting with yeasts carefully selected for a balanced profile and distilled with the utmost care, our whiskey will rest in new charred oak barrels for at least half a year before bottling. But rest assured, it'll be worth the wait.

DARK RUM

This is where things take a turn to the dark side. Our DARK RUM will start with a litany of flavor producing soldiers attacking the helpless panela sugars and yielding something wicked and sinister. This spirit off the still will be untamed and feral. But, time in gently used oak barrels tames the savage beast. And with proper training and cultivation, the Dark will rise to bring astounding flavor to your most bold beverages.
